Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced foresight frameworks for 2026+ strategic planning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity theory, and predictive analytics
