Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making boards
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Identify and quantify emerging risks/opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
