Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce automation and AI governance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic roadmap implementations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in futures research tools and data visualization
