Your insights will drive investments in quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation – defining how businesses thrive in the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and market position papers for executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic frameworks or future impact projects
