Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code with a focus on performance and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA for the duration of the 12-week summer program.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
