- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize data from 50+ global innovation hubs
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through policy briefs and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on tech-societal intersections (e.g., AI ethics, metaverse governance)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 forecasting accuracy with case studies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
