Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain best practices, code quality, and system scalability.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of distributed, high-availability systems.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program to accelerate your technical and professional growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks in our core platform.
- Present project milestones and technical findings to engineering leadership during program reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Node.js) or cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in team settings.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
