Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for exponential speedup

- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (h-index >20)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (PyTorch Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
