Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite to define technology investment priorities and innovation budgets
- Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in future tech domains
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment evaluation
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience with SaaS, IoT, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
