Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen product prototypes and MVPs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor junior strategists
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and sustainability targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in AI, blockchain, or quantum domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
