- Secure $50M+ in federal grants and corporate partnerships for 2026 technology initiatives
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Oversee deployment of prototype systems in government and enterprise environments
- Mentor next-generation researchers through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 8+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier scientific journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Demonstrated success securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Experience leading teams with >20 researchers across multiple institutions
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and HPC optimization
