Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring in a production environment.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in NLP and Generative AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
