Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership roles

- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
