Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Innovation Roadmap with predictive scenario modeling
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Design adaptive business frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market shifts
- Facilitate C-level executive workshops on long-term strategic pivots and risk mitigation
- Establish industry-first partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Author white papers and thought leadership on post-2025 workforce evolution
- Manage $2M+ innovation lab budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of roadmap implementation with measurable ROI for enterprise clients
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4, synthetic biology, autonomous systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author of industry-defining research (Harvard Business Review, WIRED)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method, causal layered analysis)
- Executive presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for C-suite
- Patents or IP in AI, biotech, or sustainability technologies preferred
