- Lead end-to-end ideation processes from concept validation to MVP launch
- Build and manage a network of industry disruptors, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor emerging technologies and competitive landscapes for strategic insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies and lean startup principles
