Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Demonstrated experience scaling agile innovation teams
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stack (AI/ML, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
