Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational vision

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic insights and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Quantify innovation ROI through market analysis and financial modeling
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven scenario planning
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
