- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor emerging talent in future-tech methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ in strategic roles
- Proven track record of launching future-forward products (2018-2025 portfolio)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Stage-Gate)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
