Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends that align with business goals.
- Tech Scout & Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum, IoT) to determine their viability for integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that leverage next-gen technologies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the development and launch of pilot programs to test new technologies in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Masterās or PhD is a strong plus).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Advanced AI/ML, Distributed Systems, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to future needs.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-faceted technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
