- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify emerging trends and disruptors across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Drive prototyping and MVP development for 3-5 flagship projects
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic futurism
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic innovation management preferred
