- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products/services using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or Business Innovation
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
