Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate into patentable innovations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
