Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and Quantum computing frameworks.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable software products.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and data governance protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize system performance for high-velocity environments.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed system architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
