Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all AI deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to drive strategic innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
