- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to maintain FutureWorks' first-mover advantage
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and stakeholder presentations
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members for approval and resource allocation
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategy roles with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) with portfolio of shipped products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ budgets
- Track record of leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
