Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market signals pre-2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for 3-5 year industry transformation roadmaps
- Lead 'Future Labs' workshops with stakeholders to co-create innovation strategies
- Author quarterly foresight briefs for executive leadership and investor communications
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech applications (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Integrate foresight findings into product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or Technology Forecasting (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
