Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Develop AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Prototype carbon-negative data center architectures
- Design neuro-ethical AI training methodologies
- Coordinate with policy think tanks on tech regulation
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in ethical AI development frameworks
- Track record of launching 3+ patented technologies
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory trends
- Experience with quantum computing SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ in innovation grants
