Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling the computational load of 2026's data paradigms.
- Predictive AI Integration: Lead the integration of predictive machine learning models into core enterprise architecture to automate decision-making.
- Quantum Readiness: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to quantum-cloud hybrid environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary future-tech assets.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine system latency and throughput using advanced profiling tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 5 years in high-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup culture.
