Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion to deployment.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and data privacy standards are met across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for scalable deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
