- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological interdependencies
