- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and designers through product lifecycles
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with research institutions
- Drive patent development with 5+ filings annually in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Executive experience scaling tech products from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
