Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 2026 impact roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-stakes briefings for C-suite on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with global research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
