Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable solutions in immersive environments
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech disruptions and regulatory implications
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-safe encryption
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE 2026 symposiums
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers in speculative technology implementation
- Secure $5M+ in government/venture funding for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published work on quantum algorithms, AGI alignment, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience leading R&D initiatives with budgets exceeding $20M
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain US government-level clearance
