Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ vision, identifying emerging technologies and societal trends
- Develop scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for global markets
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Present compelling future-state analyses to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design innovation frameworks for organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies and published insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFSD) preferred
