Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for next-generation customer experiences
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough initiatives
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend mapping, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analysis

- Portfolio demonstrating futurist work (published reports, case studies)
