- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author industry-defining white papers on post-2025 trends
- Manage $2M annual foresight research budget
- Mentor futurist apprentices in our Horizon Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Published author on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in Python, R, and predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks
- Experience with Delphi method and causal layered analysis
- Track record of influencing multi-billion dollar decisions
- Portfolio of trend-validated predictions since 2020
