Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals affecting long-term strategy
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology
