Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and translate findings into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business environments
- Lead workshops with executive teams to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for internal stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation initiatives
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026+ technological and societal drivers
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools
