- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on the 2026 global landscape
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic pivots for long-term resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience on future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
