Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-convergence, AI ethics)
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator with $5M+ annual budget
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
