Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in technology, geopolitics, and social behavior to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market shifts and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging human needs
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight insights through compelling visual narratives and executive briefings
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed adaptability and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, neurotech, climate adaptation tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant professional accreditation
