Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Models: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models focusing on NLP and Computer Vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize existing models to ensure high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Lead data pipeline initiatives, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of large-scale datasets for training.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in AI to apply them to our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems in high-volume environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
