Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic vision roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for market integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track exponential progress metrics
- Mentor next-gen futurists through Horizon's Innovation Academy
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Executive-level presentation skills with TED-style delivery experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major future-strategy implementations
