Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive market forces and societal trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into core offerings
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for high-impact future-tech incubation
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build a strategic foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Technology Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Experience with global policy shaping through UN WEF or similar forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
