Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Define and implement the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to drive model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize deep learning models for latency and throughput in high-concurrency environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models and automated monitoring.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
