Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5-year roadmap execution

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
