Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational planning and decision-making
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture frontier insights
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
