Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI-human symbiosis and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum computing applications and neurotech ethics
- Produce trend reports influencing C-suite strategy and product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate adaptation
- Establish innovation metrics to quantify future-readiness across organizational units
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies including synthetic biology
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
