Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological convergence (quantum-AI-biotech)

- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and post-human economy implications
- Design resilience frameworks for climate adaptation and supply chain disruption
- Interface with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe on emerging tech policy

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complexity Science
