Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and present future-focused roadmaps for product innovation, market expansion, and business transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological singularity and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) into core offerings
- Establish innovation KPIs and success metrics for future-state initiatives
- Represent InnovateCorp at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
